Ok guys the Festival is finished after the fireworks. Lets set some outcomes or goals if you want to call them that. Outcomes certainly sound more short term gain so are easier for us to work towards. Now it could be based on fitness, strength or just attendance. You set it and smash it, i believe in you! Maybe you want to improve the power in a low line kick. So you work explosive movements, the kick itself, resistance work. Perhaps you want to shift half a stone that you've put on drinking beer watching shows over August. So diet changes and more classes for you. As individuals no two people will have the same outcome.
