Take one aspect of your training. It might be technical or it might physical. Take a push up for example. Do as many as you can in one minute. Next day try and beat it and keep doing it until the end of the week. Or see how many push ups you can do with good form. Next day add one on and after seven days you should be doing seven more. Or take your shadow boxing or shadow fighting and work on it. Why not think about multiple attackers so you are imagining more than one attacker. They might be attacking you at once or one after the other. Play with the rhythms and timings of attacks. Just some tips to keep you from getting stale. Marcus
