HOW ABOUT THIS FOR A DIET

Ok guys set yourself this task. For the rest of the week you are only allowed to eat meat and drink water. Now meat for breakfast, lunch and dinner and any snacks. Or make it 6-8 small meals a day. I don't care how often you eat it but its all you are allowed to eat. And a quality meat source as well not sausages and mince! And only drink water. See what this does to your waistline. Marcus
