LAST NIGHT AT KRAV MAGA EDINBURGH

We started the class with a circuit and then went on the develop palm and hammer strikes on the pads with various combinations. From there we looked at defending jabs and crosses and ways to break the rythm. We then looked at our inside defences against a knife attack and the disarms from this. Great effort guys!
