STANDARD KIT FOR TRAINING
Ok guys I've been bashing on about kit for the past few weeks. In Krav Maga you must have a groin guard and a gum shield to be training on the mats from an insurance point of view. You should be investing in a set of boxing gloves (hand wraps optional). All these items can be purchased from the gym. As far as footwear goes, you should be thinking about wrestling or boxing boots. Scott is going to have a sheet in the gym with some good boots and places to get them from without breaking the bank. It's a small investment to get the most out of your training and to keep you safe. As far as the kickboxing class goes you should be thinking about a gum shield. It's easy for someone to skiff off a pad and strike you by mistake.
