TUESDAY AT KETTLEBELLS
It was a punishing class with some relentless bodyweight drills coupled with kettle bells. Every showed true determination getting through that one. Thank you to Lawrie who introduced the speed squat. Remember this is how I want all bodyweight squats done. it's amazing how adding a word can make you do what I wanted all along. It's enough for me to shout faster. Call it a speed squat and off you guys go - well done Lawrie!
