We warmed up with skipping and went straight into pad work. From there we looked at defences against clothing grabs. So the first was an intimidation, the second a head but and the third a punch. We started with pre-emption as our verbal de-escalation skills failed. We looked at trapping the hand in order that they couldn't strike us with it while we worked in close. We then looked at what we learned against the same manner of attacks minus the attachment. We also looked at some low line kicks and base disruption by kicking against the knee or manipulating the joint the way it doesn't like to go. We finished the class with some conditioning.
