LAST NIGHT AT KICKBOXING EDINBURGH

Last night was all conditioning based bodyweight drills and pad work combinations. We kept the pad work basic in order for the members to crash through the sets pushing themselves as much as they could. I told that girls that you could really see a big improvement in the last few weeks especially in the speed and power of their kicks - so hats off to you ladies.
