LAST NIGHT AT TACTICAL EDGE

Derek took the warm up and then Michael took the guys through our defensive flow drill with edge weapons. The guys then moved on to look at the empty hand applications and follow up strikes leading into takedowns. Michael then looked at a series of guntings and low line traps and levers.
