So last night we concentrated heavily on tool and target development. We had a discussion about things. I said that you should concentrate heavily on developing striking tools. They are what you can rely on on the majority of the time. So we set up a padwork drill developing tools and dealing with multiple opponents. Good effort from everyone there and I commented on how much some people had really improved in the last few weeks. Keep it up.
