Great session last night with the shutter doors being raised to get the fresh air in as people were really going for it. Started off with jumping rope and then into some very testing bodyweight drills. All the drills had alternative versions if you couldn't quite manage it. From there we delved into the swing text and then partnered up for the rest of the class with one person doing a kettle bell exercise while the other did a complimentary bodyweight exercise.
