May madness has ended so it's back to £5 per class. However, bring a friend and the two of you can train for £7. I don't care who the friend is, you can buddy up with someone from the class just be there and train. Why not introduce someone to the class who might not want to train KM and is more focussed on ground work. It is a great class and Scott is pheonemonal on the ground. One of my friends was through last night speaking with Scott and he commented how good Scott was and how sharp the guys were looking. I said of course they would look sharp they were measured against me and I fell over in class so they are bound to look good! Anyway, get along and train this evening.
