PERFORMANCE CONDITIONING
Tonight it was 9 minutes skipping followed by chin ups, elevated push-ups, push press with olympic bars, kettlebell lunges, single arm chest press on the stability balls and a few more exercises. The guys were to do 10 or 20 reps of a particular exercise and do this 5 times followed by skipping.
