I asked the guys how they wanted the classes to proceed in terms of content and pace as I was concerned that they may be a little challenging. We agreed to keep in some of the core KB drills but run the class like a circuit including pieces of other gym kit that we have available. So we had a 14 station circuit which we ran three times with a two minute break in between. Absolutely great effort by everyone.
