Last night the guys thought they were getting an easy warm up with a game of dodgeball which then quickly turned into a kettlebell and bodyweight session after the heart rates were increased. From there we concentrated on the Hubud drill and increasing our sticking energy, looking at re-directing force from a bigger and stronger attacker. And once we have attachment how to flow from there and not knock the attacker away so we have to cross that bridge again to be able to strike them. We looked at some of the quick strips against edged weapons and some returns. Great effort from the guys.
