KETTLEBELLS EDINBURGH

Running drill to warm up straight into the swing test. From there we went into a bodyweight brill and then performed various drills with the single arm swing, clean and press, snatch and high pull. Excellent effort from everyone - the guys never stopped moving for the hour. See you all next week.
