TONIGHT AT TACTICAL EDGE EDINBURGH

We started the night with a partner warm up. We went through elevated push ups, koala sit ups and a few other drills. From there we looked at the Tactical Edge responses for low and high knife threat. Rear hostage knife threat position, defence against a choke with momentum and also some pre-emptive striking into takedowns. We also covered our defences against grabs. We were jumping all over the syllabus this evening as there is a grading at the end of the month and I want as many people as possible grading in Tactical Edge.
