TONIGHT AT KRAV MAGA EDINBURGH

Lee took the guys through a solid warm up and then we looked at developing our strikes on the pads. From there we partnered up and worked our defences against outside attacks and also against a firearm threat from the threat. We finished the evening with a stress combining a handgun threat and a knife attack. Well done guys.
