LAST NIGHT AT KRAV MAGA EDINBURGH

Welcome along to the new guys, I hope you enjoyed it. We re-visited the theme from earlier in the week when we were positioned against a wall. We looked at ways of using the wall to increase our striking power, and worked through a variety of tools. We finished the class off with some pressure testing. Absolutely solid effort from everyone on that mat.
