LAST NIGHT AT KRAV MAGA EDINBURGH

Last night we worked on defending ourselves when we had our back to the wall. From the interview process right through to multiple attackers. We looked at using the wall to impact our opponent into and also how to restrain them against the wall quickly and easily. We will build on this on Thursday this week.
