LAST NIGHT @ KICKBOXING EDINBURGH

What a great high tempo class last night. It just didn't stop and everyone worked extremely hard going through the various combinations. I like when I have guys who do the kickboxing, then the Tactical Edge and still have the heart to stay on for the extra KM class. You are getting to train in 3 systems in one night, fantastic stuff.
