LAST NIGHT AT WOMEN-ONLY KICKBOXING EDINBURGH

The class warmed up with some skipping and then everyone got a barbell and they worked through various fast paced exercises as well as some core abdominal work. From there the women partnered up and started working various timed kicking and punching drills. We interspersed the night with some functional fun drills designed to greatly enhance fitness while at the same time building our striking curriculum. We finished the class off with some further work on the abs. Great effort by everyone attending.
