LAST NIGHT AT KRAV MAGA EDINBURGH

Last night for the start of our tool and target development phase. We looked at our tools that will work 90% of the time. We started looking at our lead punch and rear punch. We started with our stronger hand in the lead JKD style and worked from there. We used the jab to develop the palm heel, or finger strike which are the same motions. We started working with a partner and then we worked in threes so we could focus on using the tools against multiple opponents. We looked at our flinch reaction and also our foot jab and front kick as an entry tool. Excellent effort from everyone last night.
