TONIGHT @ TACTICAL EDGE EDINBURGH

Great workout with the kettlebells and then into our defensive flow drill working long and medium range with edged and impact weapon. We also looked at the empty hand applications. Then onto some locking and breaking techniques. Next Monday we will build on these and execute them as situationals.

  1. That warm up was good. 30 sec swing and 30 star jumps for 10 minutes.
