Last night Lee asked the guys if they wanted a standard warm up or to make it a bit harder. Nobody said anything so we went with the harder option involving kettlebells and bodyweight drills. From there we said it was student choice so the guys opted to train edged weapon attacks. We looked at the basic defensive action and escape, then worked versions that see us use more control against the energy given. We finished off using a multiple attack drill to sharpen everyone up. Good effort guys.
