THURSDAY NIGHT @ KRAV MAGA EDINBURGH
I praised the guys for working very hard during the workout and the tempo never stopped for the rest of the class. We worked pad drills with a partner and then went into groups of three to work some further drills on the pads. Then from there we did a massive group exercise to test endurance and mental toughness. Everyone did fantastically. We finished off with some ground fighting - not grappling.
