TACTICAL EDGE WEDNESDAY

On Wednesday we ran through some of the applications of the tactical flashlight. We started countering grabs and then looked at some more common attacks. Everything is conceptual so we could use the same movements empty hand, with a pen or a bottle of water with slight modification.
