Last night there was a good bodyweight warm up with everyone performing excellently. From there we went onto close range striking and then some hubud. We then looked at out quick strip number one against an edged weapon picking it up from the hubud drill. Then it was time for some freelancing. I told the guys they were all looking sharp in the freelance section, so well done.
