KICKBOXING CLASS IN EDINBURGH

Last night the women warmed up with skipping, kettlebells and bodyweight exercises. Straight onto the pads and working through our various combinations. We ventured onto using the heavy bags towards the end of the class. I said we will devote a class in the near future to learning how to use the bags. I think next Monday we will work on isolating some of our kicks as well. All good stuff to look forward to and well done to everyone who is consistently coming along to training. Remember, why not bring a friend along or take part in the mixed class on a Wednesday from 6.15-7.15pm.
