EDINBURGH KICKBOXING @ COMBAT READY

Last night in the mixed class we kicked off with the kettlebells and then we went into combinations. We worked 3 minute rounds with 15 seconds rest period in between. Then we swapped the pads over and did the same. We changed the combinations a number of times then looked at a drill to improve our defence. Fantastic effort by everyone.
