WOMEN-ONLY KRAV MAGA CLASS

The women concentrated on building up their striking repertoire before looking in depth at the headlock from behind with a dragging action. We worked this in groups of 3 so we could get in maximum repetition. Just one attack after another. We then used this approach again for defending a straight attack from the front. Good solid effort by everyone.
