Warm up with the kettlebells followed by some drills working in groups of three. We were working on default defensive positions and looking at when we go vertical foetal. We looked at trying to attack the low line and take flank when we were attacked by two people. We also looked at a situation where we were bring struck and we slipped to the ground and how we could continue to attack on the low line. We then looked at when we were vertical grappling and we were pulled on top of an attacker and how we can strike on the journey to the floor and also how to control and inflict damage quickly before getting to our feet. Finished off with some clinh work. Great effort guys and gals.
