WOMEN-ONLY KICKBOXING

Started the class with some skipping and mobility and then partnered up and worked through the kettlebells and bodyweight exercises. From there we isolated the jab and the double jab. Moved on to some hand foot and knee combinations and ended the session with some evasion drills before some stretching. Great effort and everyone is starting to really move well. See you all next week.
