LAST NIGHT @ TACTICAL EDGE EDINBURGH

We started the guys off working on elbow strikes and then into our Heaven Six double stick drill. We looked at doing the drill without the sticks and then looked at barrier removal. From there we went on to defend straight and hooking attacks keeping the motions from the H6 drill - inward, backhand, backhand. Like Mr Davies always says, EVERYTHING IS HEAVEN SIX.
