TONIGHT @ KRAV MAGA EDINBURGH
The guys worked in threes and we worked the kettlebells and some bodyweight exercises before the pad work consisting of punching, kicking and elbow strikes. From there it was on to dealing with outside attacks and the straight stab. We then worked a multiple opponent drill and the cooled down with some basic boxing parrys. Great effort by the guys.
