TONIGHT @ KRAV MAGA EDINBURGH

Lee took the guys outside and beasted them for the warm up before coming indoors and working various combintations on the thai pads. We then went on to work some reaction drills before looking at knife threats. We worked a drill where there were two aggressors one armed with a knife and threatening the defender. We looked at various strategies for dealing with such a situation borrowing heavily from Tactical Edge. Great effort and good to see Eugene back training.
