WOMEN-ONLY KICKBOXING

Into our third week and the girls were looking sharp. Started with the kettlebells and then into some timed rounds working our basic jab cross on the pads. From there we looked at using the gloves like a catchers mitt to stop incoming attacks. We looked at using covers for hooking punches and worked on severeal combinations covering jabs, crosses, hooks, knees and front kicks. Killer workout and a great effort by all.
