KRAV MAGA EDINBURGH

Tonight we focussed on core combatives. We worked off the hooking punch as our vehicle and looked at the various ways we could go from our standard 360 defence. We borrowed tactics from Tactical Edge to establish the chest to back postion and then looked at ways to take the attacker down before heading for an exit. The hooking punch is the most common attack so we use this as a standard way of working our core combatives and tactics from it. Rather than saying here is a technique for this and this we let the guys work it out for themselves, that way if they leave the gym and something happens to them that they haven't trained they simply adapt and overcome. Fantastic effort to everyone who trained.
