Last night we had the privilege of hosting Mark Davies from Tactical EdgeMark was down in Edinburgh on business so thought it would be a good idea to pop along and see how the students were and give a mini seminar. I would advise you all to take a look at Mark's site as he is a fountain of knowledge and often posts some really interesting instructional articles.

We had a great turn out with loads of new guys last night so the beginners Krav Maga class was jumping! We covered the dreaded 300. It's a killer and we will be focusing on this for the whole of the month. 3 basic exercises that will turn us into machines!
In the class we covered some basic striking and 360 defence. You can never drill this enough to keep your hand speeds super fast!
Remember, we have stocks of groin guards, mouth guards, t-shirts and sticks in at the moment.
