300

For October we are keeping each warm up standard. After the CV and mobility portion we will partner up and between you, you will do 100 Combat Ready push-ups, 200 hundred squats and 300 sit-ups. One person at a time will be doing the exercise whilst the other should be doing active recovery. Once you have completed the exercise you go straight into burpees until the alloted time is over. Each class the time limit will be different to encourage participants to go at it full tilt. The exercises are basic but will build muscles around the weaker joints, especially the ones which are succeptable to injury during training. If you are doing two classes in an evening then you are doing the 300 twice no moaning or saying you arent doing it, just suck it up and get on with it. The warm up in the Combat Sport class will however be different and specific to what Rannoch is dealing with that evening.
