TASK OF THE WEEK
For the next week try and do as much as you can with your non-dominant hand. A lot of the time in class we don't have the time to practice everything on our "weak side". When we use sticks in Tactical Edge we can supercharge our left and right hand skills quickly but we do this infrequently. So your mission is to use your left hand (If you are right handed and vice versa)as much as possible with your daily tasks. It's funny because a lot of the lefties we have such as Rannoch and Dominik can do everything well on both sides. So we should aim to be like them. Open doors with your left hand, lift your coffee mug with your left hand. Train in your opposite lead at home on the bag or shadow boxing in the mirror. You will be surprised how quickly you can bring this on. Have fun.

i know what you mean, I'm left handed and i can do most things as well with both hands.
