We went back to basics and focused on the Kettlebell swing, press, sumo dead lift and the snatch. We threw them all together and had a great workout. Well done all.
For the self defence we covered some a common attach from the ground. Choke from the side and then we briefly touched on choke from the mount. Practice makes perfect. For your homework try this one out and we will try and fit this into next weeks class.
Remember, Sundays fitness class is on at 4:30pm on the Meadows Playing field. We meet at the tennis courts so try and make it along.
