The intermediate class concentrated on the Tactical Edge syllabus for the upcoming grading. Remember the seminar on 30 May is open to all students in and outwith the club. If anyone requires any further information please e-mail enquiries@kravmagaedinburgh.com
The beginners class concentrated on using common objects and last night we looked at impact and edged weapons and creating a box to deal with outside attacks. I stressed that the guys had to flow and make the movements their own. Everyone put in a lot of effort and I was really pleased with everyone's progress.
