Krav Maga Edinburgh

A great effort by John who was the only person that showed up for the fitness class today! Poor show guys.
John is really putting the effort in and the results can be seen by everyone. Keep it up John.
Today's class we focused on some running drills.

150m x3
75m x2
We finished the class off with some stretching, mobility drills and slow jog around the park. Tough session!
