Sunday's kettlebell and conditioning class.

We are now well into the New Year so its about time to get serious about our conditioning. Gradings depend on this but more importantly, so does the dreaded encounter out on the High Street on a Saturday night with the Neds of whatever City it may be. I don't know about you but I am feeling a little like this

With that in mind I have penciled in Sundays conditioning class for the 25Th January.
In the class we will use Kettlebells and body weight drills with a little bit of running! The class will start at 4:30pm and last for just under an hour. All is welcome.
