Womens conditioning and self defence class

Women's only conditioning and self defence class at Krav Maga Edinburgh was a welcome change tonight. Using the Kettlebells all the students did a great job in executing the swing and all the body weight drills. We still have a few spaces left, so if you are looking for a great way of keeping fit that's an alternative to the gym then get down.
Class starts at 6:30pm and lasts for an hour.
