Sundays Class

A great turn out and work out! 45 minutes of conditioning with Kettlebells and body weight exercises in the freezing cold of Edinburgh. What more can you ask for. The guys that regularly turn up stand apart from the rest of the class at Krav Maga. If you are doing krav for fitness then get your lazy butt up to the park on Sundays!
