Depleted in numbers but not in skill.
Only 27 guys at class (but who's counting) but some real effort put in by most of the guys.
In my incapacitated state Marcus took the warm up and delivered a short but concentrated set of exercises. We then moved into some pad drills working on palm heel strikes. Remember to keep those hands open and not close the fist!
Front chokes against the wall?? It happens so deal with it. A point to remember is if you use the 2 hand plucking with knee to the groin-Get your head out of the way of theirs. Then chokes from the rear and how to defend and use in multiple attacks.
