Krav Maga Edinburgh

Great class up on the Meadows today.

John took his first steps into the world of kettlebells. It looked like he enjoyed them so keep it up!
The class kicked off with a small warm up and some training for John. It takes a little time to get the swing perfected but when you do its plain sailing from here.
  • 10 swings
  • 10 push ups
  • 10 squats
  • 20 swings
  • 20 push ups
  • 20 squats
  • 30 swings
  • 30 push ups
  • 30 squats


repeat. Should take you about 4 minutes per set.
Well done Liz for getting through this and the other set of exercises I set you.
