Fitness Sundays

Its official, the winter is upon us.

The class kicked off with a little warm up run around the park. We then sneaked onto the tennis courts and started a circuit of push ups, Kettlebell swings, sit ups and squats. 30 seconds on 30 seconds off. Upped it to 40 seconds work with 30 seconds recovery. Did this for 20 minutes. To finish off we did laps around the tennis courts with the back runner sprinting to the front. Nice!
All in all a good solid class and some sore legs tomorrow.
